Scope of Work: CSI is Commissioning Authority, CxA for all MEP, ELV/ICT systems. CSI shall act
on behalf of the Client to plan, manage, verify, and document the commissioning process for all
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and ELV/ICT systems.

The CxA’s role is to ensure that all systems are designed, installed, tested, and operate according
to the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), design intent, and applicable codes/standards.

Project Size: Designed to house approximately 196 Apartments in 10 Cross Area Floor
